A Brief Overview Of Q.U.I.E.T. Services' Game Development Team
Q.U.I.E.T. Services is also involved in coding, rendering, and developing games. Computer games are a great way to develop one’s hand eye co-ordination and are nowadays used for simulation in training individuals for real life applications. Software simulation is now being used for serious games: visualization, training, medical, and military simulation applications. To facilitate this accessibility, new hardware platforms are now being targeted by game engines, we produce games for popular gaming consoles/micro-consoles, laptops, mobile devices (usually smart phones), and the internet (via live streaming). We possess all the necessary engines or software frameworks required to successfully develop video games. Our programmers are engaged in all aspects of the gaming industry. They are active in all the various tasks that range from providing Gaming, artificial intelligence, memory management, a physics engine or collision detection (and collision response), localization support, memory management, networking, producing 2D or 3D graphics,a scene graph, sound, scripting, streaming, andthreading. We use middleware to take care of the mechanics, physics, and rendering of the games. According to the specific project at hand, we are aslo capable of deploying our own standalone graphics engines (3D engines in particular). Our Game Design team usually provides platform abstraction for games that have undergone the complete production process, allowing them to be run on various platforms including game consoles, micro-consoles, and personal computers with as few changes as possible made to the game source code.
Q.U.I.E.T. Services also provides the use of storyboards for the purposes of designing games. This includes a theme and storyline behind the games that we produce. We also create excellent graphic organizers (including 3-D images or short Gaming clips) which are simple and easily understandable to the viewer. Mostly a series of illustrations or images are displayed which can be helpful in pre-visualizing interactive action sequence in a game in the backdrop of a story-line or theme. This work is also done by great professionals who can handle the storyboards perfectly. We also keep updated on the latest technologies relevant to the gaming industry. That means making use of the latest engines and middleware.
This also includes designing games with both Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality (AR/VR) capabilities and features which have transformed the gaming landscape as we know it today.
In the case of Augmented Reality, this feature allows gamers the ability to experience digital game play in a real world environment with a great deal of interaction between the Player and the Graphic User Interface. For the past decade, there has been a massive development in the capabilities of gaming technology, which has produced much better coordination and detection in the mobility of the player's autonomy and extensions(i.e. limbs). This intimate interaction between the Player and Machine has resulted in a greater simulation of reality and a further intensity of such a simulating experience. This has thereby resulted in the creation and rise of the Nintendo Wii and Wii-U. The Nintendo Wii/Wii-U system has not only succeeded in proliferating the market, but has thrived and succeeded in creating a high demand of games that provide the Augmented Reality experience. Furthermore, we design Virtual Reality Games for our clients as well. We do this for popular Virtual Reality Gaming consoles in current use like Oculus Rift, PlayStation VR (a.k.a. “Project Morpheus”). We will also be designing games for virtual reality motion platforms with a massive potential for popularity in the future such as “Virtuix”, which will change the entire experience of gaming.
We also design games for seventh generation gaming consoles and micro-consoles (the latter increasing in popularity recently) currently in use like Co-Star, Fire TV,FunBox, FX (Series), G (Series), GameStick, G-Cluster, LexiBox TV, MOJO, Neo Geo X, Nintendo (Gamecube, 3DS, 3DS XL, Wii, Wii-U), OnLive, OUYA, Pandora TV Box, PlayStation (PlayStation 3 and 4), PlayStation TV, PlayStation Vita, TE (Series), Tron, T2, X-Box (X-Box 360 and One), Xtreamer Multi-Console, and of course - last but not least: Personal Computers(Desktop/Notebooks), Smartphones, and Tablets.
We can also design games for obsolete gaming consoles (sixth generation and earlier) along with any new ones that come out in the future. There are absolutely no limits as to the types of games that can design. Got any Gaming Projects (2-D or 3-D) in mind? Contact us today and let us know!
