The moment one phones to set an appointment, we’ll arrange a suitable time for our technical team to visit your residence to carry out a diagnostic on your Television and related equipment (i.e antennae/satellites and cable wires). Service charge can be discussed ahead of time and confirmed when our team gets there. After the television is delivered to our technician’s lab, we will inform you on any extra costs that may be required. If you want to continue with the repair, we take payment over the phone via credit card payments or cash transactions in person. If you would prefer not to proceed we’ll deliver your television straight back to you.
