For clients who don't already have a print-ready file, our team provides full 3D modeling and design services. This includes converting sketches, 2D drawings, or product ideas into 3D-printable models, reverse-engineering existing physical objects using 3D scanning, and optimizing existing files for successful, efficient printing. We also provide file format conversion (STL, OBJ, STEP, etc.) and design-for-manufacturing (DFM) consultations to ensure a design is structurally sound and cost-effective to produce.

As part of our print job services, clients can submit their own print-ready files or work with our design team to create one, and we handle the rest. This includes material selection guidance based on the part's intended use (strength, flexibility, heat resistance, aesthetics, etc.), slicing and print setup optimized for the specific printer and material, the print run itself, and post-processing such as support removal, sanding, painting, dyeing, or assembly.

For those clients looking to move beyond a single prototype into production quantities, we offer scalable manufacturing solutions built around our multi-printer fleet. This includes batch printing across multiple machines running simultaneously to fulfill larger order volumes, consistent quality control and dimensional verification across production runs, and packaging and fulfillment support for finished products ready for sale or distribution. In order to provide mass production support, we work with clients to determine the most cost-effective production method, whether that means traditional FDM batch runs, SLS for stronger functional parts, or resin printing for high-detail consumer products, and we provide guidance on per-unit cost as order volume scales up.

Before committing to a full production run, clients can use our rapid prototyping services to test form, fit, and function.
