We are perhaps one of the few sources in Bangladesh that are able to provide all the necessary services required in building, constructing, and running an electric power plant.The substation maintenance and repair services include several types of tasks. These tasks vary anywhere from a thorough and very complete diagnosis of the electric power substation to the verification of co-ordination of protected devices. In addition to that, there is a complete cleaning of each device that undergoes inspection and maintenance. Furthermore, there is troubleshooting provided for any and every equipment inspection. Modifications are also planned for the replacement of each of the equipment according to necessary requirements. We also do replacement for the electrical wiring.
Q.U.I.E.T. Services also upgrades entire relay systems, which also includes making them undergo full testing and commissioning and analytical reporting of the diagnosis or tests that are conducted. Additional services that we provide include running tests on multiple substation relays to verify whether proper operations are being conducted (or not) in conjunction with checking the authenticity of the coordination of protective devices. There are also complete relay system upgrades along with full testing and commissioning and complete test reporting.

We are also involved in the tasks of building and constructing electric substations. All necessary materials must be provided for or purchased by the clients. We can also be consulted on getting the appropriate materials from reputable and trust-worthy companies.
Q.U.I.E.T. Services requires a consultation with the power plant or utility owner to discuss the particular maintenance or repair that is demanded. Written documentation must also be provided and time must be set aside to turn off the power (outage) in order to run a complete diagnostic which includes performing tasks like cleaning, maintenance, and testing on all the necessary equipment, gears, and technical apparatuses. Once a particular damage, fault, or glitch is found, repairs and upgrades will be discussed with the client. If no damage or faults of any kind are found, maintenance policies and fine tuning will be discussed with the client. If damages are found when the plant or substation is temporarily shut down, we will provide our clients with a list of necessary electrical components that will need to be acquired. Once our technicians fix any faults or we upgrade our clients’ substations with new components after returning the old equipment, we will document all the cleaning, maintenance, and upgrades made to the substation. After all the damages and errors have either been cleaned, fine tuned, fixed, or upgraded, we will provide a detailed report with all the tests conducted and all the modifications made and the various tests that were recorded when diagnostics were being conducted. After everything is thoroughly complete with another series of tests to verify that the substations are up to standards and fully functioning, the power plant will begin supplying electrical power again.
